We are Saanvi Gupta, Akshita Agarwal, and Prisha Singh, students of class xi who have developed GreenCart with the vision of making sustainable shopping more transparent and accessible.

We noticed that while people often want to make environmentally responsible choices, they rarely have the necessary information at the time of purchase. This gap can lead to increased plastic waste, poor recycling practices, and the unintentional support of unsustainable products.

GreenCart was created to bridge this gap by providing users with clear environmental insights, information about a product's composition, and eco-friendly alternatives before they make a buying decision. By enabling informed choices, our project promotes responsible consumption, supports sustainable alternatives, and encourages businesses to adopt greener practices. We believe that technology can play an important role in addressing environmental challenges, and GreenCart is our contribution towards building a more sustainable future.
